Sesame Chicken Salad Wonton Cups

 Nonstick cooking spray
 23 3-inch wonton wrappers
 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
 2 chicken breast, cooked and chopped
 ¼ cup infused mayonnaise
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
 2 teaspoons honey
 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  teaspoon ground red pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Place sesame seeds in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool (optional)

3. Spray the miniature muffin pan with cooking spray.

4. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, spray with cooking spray.

5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool (these can be made a day ahead if you like)

6. Mix chicken, sesame seeds, mayo, cilantro, honey, soy sauce, and pepper together.

7. Spoon mixture into cooled wonton cups
